Tea and Across the Universe

So.  My friend Andy is meditating with tea.  Normally, I would not find this strange, and I don't really find it strange, to tell the truth.  It's just that she never does this, not really.  It's also a fact that it is usually me meditating with tea.  It's usually me who is keeping everyone at the dinner table whilst I finish my tea.  So, of course, I teased her about it.  She was very indignant.  I laughed.  Check out her version here: http://theincoherentbabbleofanoveractivemind.blogspot.com/2011/01/on-benefits-of-tea-and-imagination.html

Also, today Andy and I watched Across the Universe.  It was absolutely beautiful.  I would definitely recommend it to anyone who hasn't seen it and enjoys the Beatles.  It spoke to me on some level, what with how the female lead reacted to the Vietnam War after her boyfriend was killed there and her brother got drafted.  Or maybe it was just the music.  It was probably a combination of the two.
